 At Gunter ISD, we spend countless hours looking at individual student data that will
determine student needs. With good data, teachers and administrators can tell
which groups of students are struggling and where their achievement gaps are
occurring in the classrooms. As superintendent, I ask our administrators to focus on
four important questions:

 1.) What data should be collected?

 2.) How should the data be used?
 3.) Who should be involved? We believe it is important to disaggregate the test
data to focus more closely on student subgroups needing additional support.
 4.) What are the Data Comparisons with other schools?
