Step 1 : PDA goes to Ecommerce Customers like Snapdeal at predefined


Cut-Off time.
At the time of Pick up , he will sign Manifest document ( If Required, write
PDA Code) and will bring 1 copy of manifest to Express Branch. (Sample
Document attached, Last Slide)
Step 2 : Express Branch In-charge receives the Consignments from PDAs,
and will create PDA wise CN(s) in TMS .
CN to be created on FSC Ecommerce (Pickup/RTO) customer, And
select pay basis as FOC
And subsequently Express Branch In-charge creates PRS in TMS for PDA
payment.
Express In charge handovers the Consignment to Ecomm Branch Incharge by creating DRS (for Vendor HANDOVER) . And will close the Pick
up transaction.
Step 8 : In some cases pickup will be initiated by Ecomm Branch , in that
case consignment will come directly to Ecomm Branches.

Step 3 : Ecommerce Branch Incharge to measure Actual WT ,Length,


Breath , Height of all Consignments.
And creates AWB in EMS System.
Ecommerce Branch Incharge to segregate the consignments based on
Destination locations ( For Eg Mumbai/Delhi / Bangalore / Thane / New
Mumbai etc ). And will handover consignment back to Express Branch
Incharge.
Express Branch Incharge will create CN(s) for FSC Ecommerce
Movement and select Paybasis as TBB.
Step 4 : Express Branch Incharge to Handover consignments to Express
HUB Incharge as per Standard Express practice.
Step 5 : Origin HUB will move the consignment to Express Destination
Branch as per Standard Express Practice

Step 6 : Express Branch Incharge to deliver Consignment to Ecommerce


Branches.
In case Express Branch and Ecommerce Branch is Co-located.
Select Delivery on Arrival option while doing stock update.
Or Receive the Consignment in Branch and Create Handover DRS for
handover to Ecommerce Branch Incharge.
In case Express Branch and Ecommerce Branch is Physically apart.
Delivery to Ecommerce Branch would be made as per Standard Express
Practice via PDA agent.
Step 7 : Ecommerce Branch Incharge to make DRS in EMS System as per
Delivery Route plan.
Step 9 : In this case Ecommerce Pickup branch would be responsible for
delivering the consignment to End Consumer. Ecommerce Branch incharge will make DRS and execute the delivery.

RTO Handling Via Express Branch


Step 10 : Ecommerce Branch Incharge will handover the RTO
consignments to Express Branch Incharge. Along with RTO Printout.
Express Branch Incharge will make CN for FSC Ecommerce Movement
and select paybsis as TBB
Step 11 : Move to Express HUB as per standard practice.
Step 12 : Express HUB to move consignment to Express Branch as per
standard practice.
Step 13 : Express Branch to deliver Consignment to Ecommerce Branch
and Collect the POD.
Step 14 : Ecommerce Branch Incharge to Segregate Consignments based
on Return Locations and handover the consignment back to Express
Branch Incharge.
Express Branch Incharge to make CN for FSC Ecommerce (Pickup/RTO)
and select paybasis as FOC

RTO Handling Via Express Branch


Step 15 : Express Branch Incharge to send PDA for Delivery , PDA will
take acknowledgement on Ecommerce RTO Printout . Once RTO Printout
copy is submitted back to Ecommerce Branch Incharge he will give
acknowledgement on Express POD.
Step 16 : This step will be used , if Ecommerce Business themselves
delivers the consignment
