Force Release Indication & Who Can Be forced Release

Value

Capability

Pre-emption
Vulnerability

may trigger preemption

The RAB has the forced release

capability.

shall not trigger

pre-emption

The RAB does not have the forced

release capability.

pre-emptable

The RAB can be released by other

RABs forcibly.
The RAB cannot be released by other
RABs forcibly.
The RAB does not have the forced
release capability and cannot be
released by other RABs forcibly.

not pre-emptable
Priority Level

Meaning

no priority

1~14

The resource allocation priority of the

RAB. The value "1" stands for the
highest priority level.

1. refRTWP(Reference Received Total Wideband

Shared Channel Reconfiguration signal from
RNC to Node B.
2. So when MaxRTWP increase, the cell HSUPA
throughput can increase, but the RTWP also
rise, may have impact to call drop rate, need
monitor.

Decrease the Soft Handover Times

DRNC(Times)
Because it happen in scenario of
CELL_FACH->CELL DCH, the
Number of rejected services,DCH
most of PS service can queue and
no code(Times)
downgrade, so there is no impact
to end user experience.
