m Statement
There are many strategies used to Reward and Recognize the employees
in Organizations.
The basic purpose of these strategies is to increase the Employees
satisfaction Motivation, employee morale and retain the employees for
long time.
Sometimes reward and Recognition strategies are not used properly and
wrong strategies are used as a result of this, these strategies will fail to
motivate the employees and leads to the problem of poor employee
satisfaction, poor performance and tends to employee quits from the
organization.
For these Reasons this project is sought to analyze the employee reward
and recognition strategies in organization and its importance in the
organization.

To Examine the Policies and Practices on Reward


and Recognition System.

To Find out Factors Influencing Employee Job

To Measure overall employee satisfaction on

To ensure both fair and consistent application within the Company,
a core set of rewards and recognition categories has been
developed. these categories are described below

Increase in Pay
Based on the Performance of the Employees there is a Increase in
Pay at every 6 months

Awards
Recognition awards include the following examples: gift
certificates; meals; theatre, concert or restaurant visits; trips;
plaques; desk items; and other items such as electronics, wine, and
timepieces. these should be selected to reflect the staff members
interests.

Project Completion
On Successful Completion of each Project ,members are acknowledge by
the management.

team . Reward systems are important to keep the motivation at High
level for team members and the team to achieve their vision and

For this Reason Reward & Recognition is Very Important in Employee
Motivation.
This Study proves that Rewards helps to Retain the employees for long
a time.
From this study concludes that Current employees are quite Satisfied
with the Reward and Recognition.
