/ TOPIC The topic Budgeting in a Project is relevant with the organizational
activities.
Fedglobe Private Limited is a sales & distribution company and is the
sole distributor of Kolson Foods (the major products or Kolson Slanty,
Bravo, Spaghetti, Macaroni).
Recently some more agencies (RASNA, Hilltop, VITA, Rivayat) have been
taken by Fedglobe and a project manager has been appointed to deal
with the new business
As Fedglobe has never been the project management organization, so
there are some learnings and new exposure towards budgeting the
project.

BUDGETING: As the company does not want to disclose its core secrets, I have
been unable to collect the numbers / amounts however to some
extent the information in percentage is shared which is as under.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
While talking about the budgeting it was noticed that the company has set a
very limited budgets for product promotion.
As we see that there are many new products launched by Fedglobe but we have
yet not seen any kind of advertising on it whereas it is the era of advertising that
make the mass aware about the product in the market.
So, I made my strong recommendations to the organization to extend its
budgeting for the product promotions so that it may cash the product quality in
case of product penetration to the market.
