The BAB­ROA awards aim to reward high­level PERSONAL SKILLS
demonstrated by individual graduating students contributing to ROA
 2007 in 3 award categories:

•  LEADERSHIP

•  TEAM PLAYER

•  SPECIAL CONTRIBUTION

The prize for each of the award winners will be: 
a personal high­level industry mentor in their chosen field for the AWARD

•  Course Leaders will nominate students, but you can also nominate 
yourself or a student colleague. Nominations must be typed on 
specific forms available online.
•  A list of questions which you’ll need to answer verbally at interview 
are available online.
•  All nominees will be interviewed internally ­ this is when you’ll need 
your answers ready!
•  If you are shortlisted, you will  be invited to a lunch at ITN’s London 
base, to meet with the final judging panel and tell them what you want 
from a mentor.
Deadline for nominations: Friday 22 June 
First round interviews @ Ravensbourne: Friday 29 June 
Second round interviews @ ITN: Tuesday 3 July

REMEMBER
The award is aimed at all levels of involvement in ROA: you don’t 
HAVE to be managing a team to win. We’re looking for all sorts of 
abilities:

Crisis­handling
Giving or taking constructive criticism
Motivating skills
Negotiation
Problem­solving
Collaboration
Delivery on time and on budget
SKILLS

It’s your PERSONAL SKILLS that will win you a mentor.
