Sediaan salut enterik tidak boleh diserbuk, karena salut

enterik bertujuan agar tablet pecah diusus bukan
dilambung. Oleh karena itu, solusinya diganti dengan sedian
lain. Karena Depakote tidak ada sediaan sirup maka diganti
dengan merk lain yang indikasinya sama yaitu depakene
sirup.

komposisi : Divalproex Na (Valproate semi sodium) yang
setara
dengan asam valproat 250 mg
sediaan : tablet salut enterik
indikasi : antikonvulsan
Depakene sirup (MIMS.com)
komposisi : Asam Valproat 250 mg /5 ml
Dosis : 2x1 cth (5ml)
sediaan : 120 ml
Diminum pada saat makan untuk menghindari efek samping
iritasi lambung

Urografin (ISO Vol 43 2008 hal 207)

Komposisi : Natrium amidozoat 100 mg dan
meglumin
amiditrizoat.
Pengunaan : untuk radhiographic contras medium.
Radiografi
(termasuk didalamnya x-ray
imaging, computed
tomography dan
fluoroscopy).
Dosis dan rute pemberian : amidotrizoat tergantung
pada
prosedur dan derajat serta tingkat
contras media yang dibutuhkan.
Amidotrizot : diberikan secara IV untuk Urogafin,
venografi dan computed tomography. Untuk
urografin juga dapat
diberikan secara IM atau
subkutan.

Urografin : dapat diberikanperoral untuk melihat

gambaran saluran pencernaan ( martindale 36 hal
1477)
