actions and decisions, and is
prepared to provide an explanation
and justification required.

Integrity means wholeness or
completeness, while many others
consider integrity as of the soundness of
moral principle which refers to the
sincerity and honesty. (Nielsen, 2004)
Integrity refers to the inherent superior
quality and strong overall individual
responsibility towards individuals and the
organizations.

Concept of integrity
The concept of integrity implies a
wholeness, a comprehensive beliefs,
often referred to as a worldview. This
concept of wholeness emphasizes
honesty and authenticity, requiring
that one act at all times in accordance
with the individual's chosen worldview.
