Description
A swollen area within body tissue, containing an
accumulation of pus.

This can develop anywhere in the body.

Acute or chronic
Abscess form on skin or inside the body (different
organs)

What causes it?

Most abscesses are caused by a bacterial infection.
When bacteria enter our body, our immune system
sends infection-fighting white blood cells to the affected
area. As the white blood cells attack the bacteria, some
nearby tissue dies, creating a holewhich thenfills with
pus to form an abscess.The pus contains a mixture of
dead tissue, white blood cells and bacteria.

Managements and Treatment

Owner told me that about 2months ago, a small abscess
formed.
He first examine 5days ago.
He used kaolin poultice.
Then he dissect itself.
Some pus drain.
Color of pus creamy.
Now abscess is immature.

 No secretion from ear.

Straight walking now.
Normal feeding.
No other animal affected.

Neem oil

Kaolin Poultice
Composition: Heavy Kaolin 52.7%; Boric acid 4.5%;
Glycerin 42.5%; Volatile oils 0.3%
Properties:Grayish- white soft paste with strong aromatic
odor.

Administration and uses: The poultice has

antiphlogestic affect on the skin i.e. cleaning up septic areas.
It is counterirritant to relief deep inflammations and
alleviating pain. The paste is heated on a water bath, then
spread on lint then applied to skin as poultice.

Packing: In jars containing 100 gm.
