I am work as manager in chemical industry. our company use

water scrubber system to converted fly & toxic gases to liquid
scrub & used of hydraulic system we separated ash as a solid
cake & water
2. Our company use ESP system but its very costly but this design is
cost and maintains is very low

1. I am work as manager in chemical industry. we use HAG machine in

our company to produced high temperate for hot air. but used of
HAG machine burning the coal its gave COx,SOx & many harmful
gases
2. In power plant use ESP system for reduces toxic gas & fly ash but
this is system is very costly system maintains of ESP system is
very high.

Disadvantages hydraulic machine

Due to the heavy loads experienced in a typical hydraulic system, structural integrity is a must
which also means higher structural weight for the aircraft in addition to the weight of its
hydraulic lines, pumps, reservoirs, filters, & etc.
Hydraulic system is susceptible to contaminations & foreign object damage (FOD).
Mishandling and constant exposure to hydraulic fluid and its gas fumes without proper
equipment and precautions is a health risk.
If disposed improperly, a hydraulic fluid is an environmental risk.
