Signing the MOU by the developer with terms to percentage of
booking amount and the service charge to be paid.
Maintaining a single point of contact.
After initial contact with the client, sending him a mail with the
available projects with the booking amount as proposal.
Developing the customer relations with developer and customer
throughout the process.
Ensuring all promises are fulfilled by providing after sales survey
(Referrals).
Maintaining transparency in the complete process with the
developer as well as the customer. (Building the Brand)
PS: Implementing Real Estate Regulatory Bill launched in 2015 May,
would be an added bonus, understanding clients and developers needs
in closing the deal faster
