The Church is perhaps one of the last

social institutions where dignity,

protocol, respect, and reverence are
maintained. This is primarily because
when we come to the church and its
services we are entering the Kingdom of
God on earth, His habitation, and we
choose to honor this sacred place by our
attentiveness to what is proper and
ordered. We have the opportunity to
reflect the image of Christ within us by

 True worship, extended in the

proper manner and spirit, will
edify us and intensify the hope
of heaven. But when our
worship is not taken seriously,
our actions are impotent and
our spirituality weakened.

New technologies, especially mobile
devices, are becoming ubiquitous.
The Church doesnt discourages use of
this new technology.
3) HOW SHOULD WE DEAL WITH THIS
NEW CAPABILITY?

Texting
Surfing the web
Playing Angry Birds, COC and other games
Not putting phone on silent mode
Parents ignoring their children to roam/play/run/eat
inside the church

There is no set of
established rules.
We should use common
courtesy and discipline.
We should train children to
do the same.

Conclusion
Worship is a blessed privilege that should
be guarded with love, zeal and a realization
of its worth and value. No one in his right
mind should ever be guilty of misbehaving
or acting inappropriately during worship
services or Bible classes. All should act
responsibly and properly before God.
