Method:

Is an overall plan for the orderly presentation of language

material
It is procedural
theory is put into practice and particular skills are taught. (the
content and the order it will be presented).

What is a technique?
Implementation level (takes a place in a
classroom).
It is the level at which classroom procedures are designated
Techniques must be consistent with a method, in harmony
with an approach as well
