VITAMIN A

It is essential for the growth and development of cells,


skin, eye health and immune system.

VITAMIN B
They are essential nutrients during adolescence, as they
promote the proper functioning of many body systems,
growth and development.

VITAMIN C
It is elemental to the production of collagen, a substance
that helps unite the body's cells to form bones, teeth and
blood vessels healthy.

VITAMIN D
It is a very important nutrient during adolescence because it
promotes the growth of strong bones and helps calcium
absorption.

HYGIENE

The adolescence is a stage of strong


changes in our body. It begins to appear
hair in places where before we did not
have, and we feel sensations and smells
that we had never felt.
Due to this, it performs vital importance
to support a correct personal hygiene.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
FOR THE CARE OF THE SKIN

Eat well, especially fruits and vegetables.


Take great water during the day.
Use desodorant in the armpits and talc in the
feet.
Take a shower every day, to dry very well the
skin, especially the folds.

Brush the teeth three times a day; after every


food, and the tongue one time a day .
Use dental thread to extract food reamins
that stay between the teeth and molars.

SPORT

SPORT
Sport for most people and espeacilly
for teenagers is very important
because it not only helps physical
development.
It also helps to prevent harmful habits
such as alcohol, drugs and snuff.

Besides, a teenager who practice sport


will have fewer health problems at adult
age.
Finally the sport helps improve their
social relationships because they learn to
work together, respecting the ideas of the
partner and rules of the game.
