What were the key choice points where either of them

could have done things differently?

KEY POINTS
1.Increase Psychological Empowerment
Mr. Cardullo should not override Mr. Turner in Sales department instead
he should convince/discuss his view to Mr. Turner and take mutual
decision.
Mr. Turner should ask advice/guidance from Mr. Cardullo to show him
that he valued him as a mentor thereby keeping him in loop.

2.Reconciliation
Mr. Cardullo should settle measures (if any) with Mr. Turner and start
working collectively.
Mr. Turner should follow same approach with both Mr Cardullo and
Julie Chin. He should explain Julie that he means no harm and how he
valued her as good friend.

Mr. Cardullo should create a positive feeling for Mr. Turner and sort
out any differences.
Mr. Turner should follow same approach and ask advice/guidance
