Objective
Introduction
During the experiment, we have tested 2 different type petrol vehicles
which is Demak and Yamaha FZ150i.
Both of vehicles have different values of gaseous test : Carbon
Monoxide, Hydrocarbon and Carbon Dioxide.
We need to conduct the experiment with accelerate the engine to a
moderate speed (3rpm) with no load for 15 seconds then return the
engine to idle speed, during that situation the reading of three gaseous
is taken by insert the sampling probe into the exhaust pipe.
The result of two vehicles need to be compare by follow the requirement
of Sixth Schedule (Regulation 11) Environmental Quality ( Control of
Emission From Petrol Engines) Regulations 1996.
Results

Conclusion
This experiment are one of the best method of
controlling the carbon emission from vehicle with full
implementation of EQ (Control of Emission from Petrol
Engines) Regulation 1996.
For CO, both vehicles A and B emission value are 1.01%
and 0.24% respectively are comply with the standard
Hydrocarbon value are 1978 and 2292 for vehicle A and
B respectively.
