Process
It starts with the booking of dates by truck drivers for travelling along
with locations
From the app/website customer will be able to:Search the available Trucks
See whether the trucks are accepting customers or not
Select the time slot & services

Truck will receive a message with customer requirements and could


accept or reject according to its convenience.
After the acceptance from the truck owner end, time slot will be allotted
according to services demanded
After the acceptance both ends will receive confirmation messages with
all the mentioned details
120 minutes prior appointment reminder will be sent to both channels
On delay customer will receive pop ups every 5 minutes to select and
send automated messages to customers
After service customer will rate the owner by selecting one of the 5
smileys on the basis of experience.
