Employees welfare refers to the efforts which are
provided by the employer for the good life worth of its
employees
Organizations provide welfare facilities to their
employees to keep their motivation levels high enough
The concept of Employee welfare is elastic and flexible
and differs widely with regions, time, industries,
country, social values and customs, the degree of
industrialization, the general social economic
development of people and political ideologies
prevailing at particular moments

penetrating in the life of employees those who are working in

The purpose of providing welfare amenities is to bring about
development of the whole personality of the worker -his
social, psychological, economic, moral, cultural and
intellectual development
Employee welfare is a very broad term, covering social
security and such other activities as medical aid, crches,
canteens, recreation, housing, adult education, arrangements
for the transport of employee to and from the work place

Conclusion
Implementation of employees welfare measures is
much integrated and strategically involved
The most important task of employees welfare practices
is to provide fair wages, good working conditions and

independent, so the industries need to do more on the
welfare activities
