(GM FOOD)

At present, it is probable that there is a topic in the
field of nutrition to be most disputed and which to
arouse the biggest confusion among consumers than
the genetically modified organisms (GMOS).

Some concern them as toxic and particularly


dangerous, while others they consider the optimal
solution in the event of famine in mass..
The technology that provides new properties of the body by transferring genes from
one to another or which interfere with its genetic modification is called the
technology gene.

With this technology the genetic structure of


the food is changed, the reason for which these
foods are called GM food(GENETICALLY
MODIFIED FOOD)
This technology consists of
taking from the donor
organism the gene that is
