Government of India has conducted Baseline test in the
month of May, 2015 for I to X Class Students on Quality
Education in Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools.

The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has


instructed all the DEOs / DyEOs to take necessary steps and
Action Taken on those Students who have not acquired
Minimum Level of Learning.

In West Godavari District, the DEO has introduced a


innovative programme called BASEMENT i.e., Basic
Academic Standard in English, Mathematics, Environmental
Science and Telugu for the Classes I to IX so as to get the
students, Minimum Level of Learning.

Outcomes of the Students)
In Eluru Division, West Godavari district D.Udaya Kumar, DyEO, Eluru Division
has introduced an innovative Programme QUALITY EDUCATION (Learning
Outcomes of the Students) for Classes I to X in Govt / Zilla Parishad /
Municipal / AP Residential / AP Social Welfare / AP Tribal Welfare / Aided
Managements, so as to acquire Basic Knowledge & Skills in Mathematics,
Physical Science and Biological Science and Basic Grammar & Vocabulary
improvement in all Languages i.e, in Telugu, Hindi and English for
improvement of Academic Standards in various subjects.
Out of 35,578 Students in Eluru Division, nearly 29,174 Students have
acquired Minimum Level of Learning with this Quality Education Programme.

This Programme is being implemented in Primary (Schools 613, No. of Students


29397) and Upper Primary Schools (Schools 74, No. of Students 8332) also in
effective manner.

introduced a Programme called COMMITMENT for X Class Students to get
100% Pass Percentage in SSC Examinations, March,2016.

Students are divided into Grades-A1, A2 (81-100), B1, B2 (61-80),


C1,C2,D1(35-60), D2(<35).

Students are trained according to their Grade and I.Q.
