Recommendation
1. The employee should be trained properly. in case of hiring new employees the authority
must focus on their ability and working capability.

2. Problem can be minimized if the decision making process will not get lengthy and also the
employees can take participation.

3. The company needs to develop their survey procedures so that they can have frequent
updates regarding the markets.

4. Production unit should be extended. So that the lead time can be reduced.

5. The company needs to cope up with the modern style and trends. And this can possible
only if they can develop their marketing management sector.

6. The company needs to increase their investment rates.

7. Modern technology should be used.

8. The government should focus on the development of the port. The authority must maintain
the rules and regulation so that the shipment procedures can be run smoothly.

9. Govt. plays a vital role in the export import sectors. So Govt. should aid the garment
industries so that they can earn more foreign currency, can contribute to the economic
growth and as can participate in the international markets.
