Types of HLOOKUP
You can lookup value in one of the two following ways:

Range Lookup
Range lookup is used when you want to search for
ranges, it will look for nearest minimum value from the
first row of the table.

Exact Lookup
We use this kind of lookups when we need to seek
exact value.

HLOOKUP(Lookup value,Table array,Row num,
Range lookup)

Lookup value
is the value to be found in the Range
first row of the table. It can
be a number, text or cell lookup is a logical
address.. value that specifies whether
you want HLOOKUP to find
Row num an exact match or an
approximate match.
Table is the row number in
table array from
if range lookup is true then
it will return you exact match
array is a
which the matching
