Iron Boron magnets maintain their magnetic strength at
higher temperatures. However, Samarium Cobalt is
significantly more expensive than Neodymium Iron Boron but
they do offer stable temperature for very high temperature
applications.

 Samarium Cobalt magnet cannot be formed with
conventional drilling, turning or milling processes, this must
be on ground before they are magnetized. Also, the large or
complex assemblies are usually magnetized prior to
assembly. All Samarium Cobalt magnets are produced on
the range from 0.8 to 1.15 Tesla.
