 One of our main goals
WE WOULD BE AIMING TO would be to support the
campaign towards ending
PROMOTE UNDERSTANDING OF stigma and creating hope
MENTAL HEALTH. for those affected by
mental illness.
THE FIRST
STEP
THE FIRST STEP
The first step we would take is to organize our fundraiser in correlation
with NAMI.

We would be aiming to do a movie-

screening discussion event. We could
charge a certain amount that goes towards
donations to NAMI.

1. Get approval by school administration.
2. Set up the official event through contacting a NAMI affiliate.
3. Find an event location and determine the day for the movie to be
hosted.
4. Choose movie to watch.
5. Find a speaker to lead the event.
6. Set price (for donation) to watch the movie.
7. Create advertisements for the movie event.
8. Prepare discussion papers and decorations.

clubs own funds.
