It is eaten all over the world.
Types of pasta are spaghetti,
lasagna, tagiatelli and ravioli
It is normally eaten with a
tomato sauce or a cheese sauce.
And it is very nice with
chicken or mince!
 Pizza
Pizza is common all over
the world.
You can put loads of
toppings on a pizza, like
ham, sausage, mushrooms,
sweetcorn, spicy chicken,
onions and lots of cheese!
A pizza base is made from
dough, a mix of flour and
water.
 Other foods
Italy is well known
for other tasty foods
like ice-cream and
risotto.
Italians also like to
eat veal and venison.
