Professional Goals

 Introduction
My short term goal consists of graduating from the College of
Nursing at the University of South Florida on August 5th, 2017 and
pass the NCLEX within six weeks. Along with passing the NCLEX, I
seek employment in a critical care rotation program.

My long term goal consists of going to graduate school after

several years of experience in a Cardio-Thoracic ICU. I desire to
pursue my Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (DNP) and
specialize in anesthesia to become a Certified Registered Nurse
Anesthetist (CRNA).
 Short Term Goals
By the end of September, I will have interviewed for at least 4
critical care nurse residency programs.

By the end of September, I will have taken and passed the NCLEX
board examination to have my registered nurse licensure.
 Long Term Goals
By the start of 2018, I will be working in the Cardio-Thoracic ICU
as a registered nurse

Within the next 4 years, I will apply for the Anesthesia DNP
Program at the University of South Florida.

Within the next 7 years, I will be working as a Nurse Anesthetist
