I served over 10 years in the United States Army as an Airborne Paratrooper (Infantry).
Highest Rank - Staff Sergeant (E-6. Ryan King Indianapolis volunteers as a soccer and
basketball coach and for Habitat for Humanity during his free time. He has served on
numerous youth athletic boards and has been active in fund raising activities for various
non-profits in the Indianapolis area.

With an undying thirst for knowledge, he continued getting various certifications related to
his field including his lean Six-Sigma Black Belt Professional certification as well as
continuing educational pursuits in project management, supply chain management and
logistics and cloud-based IT solutions.
 Operations Management

Being an experienced team leader and project manager for many prior projects,
RyanKing Indianapolis is ardent in process improvement, process standardization, team
management and leadership strategy. His strategic business planning brought many
developments in the business.

Ryan takes a strong personal ownership of every project but that does not mean doing
everything by himself. Proper ownership and detailed oversight into a project go hand
in hand with the ability to delegate, coach and communicate to team members in ways
that are clear and consistent.

Passion for coaching :-

RyanKingIndianapolis played football and baseball in college and was a highly

regarded athlete in high school. After his collegiate athletic days, Ryan focused on
becoming a coach and role model for the youth. At first, Ryan coached baseball while he
lived in Virginia and then against in Alaska when he was a team leader in the 1st
Battalion, 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment. After moving to Indianapolis, Ryan
obtained his U.S. Soccer Federation National E Coaching License and spent over 4
years as a travel soccer coach. In addition, he served a year as a Board of Director for a
youth soccer club with over 2,400 players.
