Programming courses offered as part of NPTEL previously,
Google and NPTEL with the support of
ACM/NASSCOM/AICTE are together planning on running a
National Programming Aptitude Test (NPAT). The idea is the
following:
create study material hosted on a Google coursebuilder instance
basic competence in programming is to be tested
an exam will be held for final evaluation and certification
The target group is college students of all disciplines. The
scope is basic competence in coding for well-defined tasks
such as summing the elements of an array, printing all
positive elements of an array etc.
