LECTURERS
Perkuliahan Change and Transformation ini membahas
tentang perubahan serta transformasi dalam organisasi yang
menuntut organisasi menjadi organisasi belajar (learning
organization).

Dalam perkuliahan ini akan dibahas tentang


tipologi dari macam-macam perubahan,
bagaimana mendiagnosa perubahan yang terjadi,
bagaimana mengimplementasikan perubahan, baik pada
perubahan yang kontinu atau diskontinyu,
bagaimana mengelola resistensi, serta
membahas tentang komunikasi yang efektif dalam perubahan
serta bagaimana memantabkan hasil perubahan ketika proses itu
telah berlangsung.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
Setelah mengikuti mata kuliah ini, mahasiswa
diharapkan mampu menganalisis secara kritikal
pengelolaan perubahan dalam organisasi
melalui identifikasi permasalahan, diagnosis
penyebab dan memberikan alternatif solusi
serta evaluasi implementasi perubahan baik
secara individu ataupun kelompok didukung
dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang
relevan.

through the utilization of
behavioral science technology,
research, and theory.

Burkes Definition of OD 14
OD refers to a long-range effort to
improve an organizations problem-
solving capabilities and its ability to
cope with changes in its external
environment with the help of
external or internal behavioral-
scientist consultants.

Frenchs Definition of OD 15
OD is an effort (1) planned, (2) organization-
wide, and (3) managed from the top, to (4)
increase organization effectiveness and health
through (5) planned interventions in the
organizations processes, using behavioral
science knowledge.

Beckhards Definition of

OD is a system-wide process of data collection, diagnosis,
action planning, intervention, and evaluation aimed at:
(1) Enhancing congruence between organizational
structure, process, strategy, people, and culture
(2) Developing new and creative organizational solutions
