Under the filter cover is a 7l air tank mounted.Via two valves,
the cleaning air blows back through filters. The control box

4.3.3 conveyor chain

4.3.4 chain channel: chain tension

4.3.5 chain channel: sealing

4.3.6 chain channel: shut off slider

The shut off slider seperates the container


inside to the outlet space. It must be shut

be removed always after work. Concrete inside the housing destroyed the rubber of rotor.

The spreading rate is not correct and the channel is not seal anymore.

7.3.1.3 electric system: sensors

The dosing sensor is located
in the right loading space on the top - turn another comptete turn
of the dosing motor . The dosing motor is inside left and close the cover
the same oil circle as the dosing channels. So the sensor
controlled the speed of the spreading rotors.
7.3.1.3 electric system: level indicator

In the Streumaster SW speaders are level sensors built in to switch the conveyor chain and indicate the filling in the container.
The sensitivity of this sensors can be adjusted.
Since 2014 we use a different sensor, same size, but more robustness against temperature (+100C).
The adjustment of this sensors is also different:

3. AT9 operating terminal: key P1

With the function key P1,


you can set in all numbers
and letters, reset counters,
activate WeighTronic, and
reach the container volume
Page.
To set in numbers, turn the key
till the black strip is on the
wanted position. Press the key
till the strip is flashing. By
Turning now, you change the
number. Press again to fix this
number. If not., after OK the old
number is seted again.
4. AT9 terminal: start pages

There is a battery for data memory inside


Terminal. Five years after delivery, every time
you switch on, a message remember you to
change this battery. By press OK, the system
works on like usual - but don`t forget.
Wihout this message the first page is the
adress page. On the next, with type and
serial number, you can change also the
language.
5. AT9 terminal: set language

On the second screen, there is on the rigth


bottom side the function: set language.
By press F4 you reach language page,
where you can select a language or
Simple Mode

In this page you set language by turn and


press the key P1 . Press till the frame on the
flag is flashing. Turn and find the wanted
flag. Select by press P1 again. Go back
with F4 to main level one.

This screen shows you, the savety switch in the oil tank is activated, because of a too
low hydraulic oil level. Maybe a hose is broken, or there is any other big leak in the
hydraulic system. The machine stops to work, but the pump you have switch off
manually as fast as you can. After the leak is fixed and the oil filled up again, reset by
switch off and on the main switch again.
