Physical Fitness is the ability of an individual
to do different activities daily without getting
tired. It consists of health-related
fitness(cardiovascular endurance, muscular
endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and
body composition) and skill-related fitness
(agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction
time, and speed).
