Pada dinding anterior abdomen, fascia profundal merupakan lapisan
tipis jaringan ikat yang meliputi otot otot.
Otot otot dinding anterior

The inguinal or Pouparts ligament. Posterior to
which pass the femoral artery, vein, and nerve and
the iliacus, psoas major, and pectineus muscles.
Canalis inguinalis
Canalis inguinalis merupakan saluran oblik melalui bagian bawah dinding
anterior abdomen. Pada laki laki, saluran ini merupakan tempat lewatnya
struktur struktur yang berjalan dari testis ke abdomen atau sebaliknya. Pada
perempuan, saluran ini dilalui oleh ligamentum teres uteri yang berjalan dari
uterus ke labium majus.
Anulus inguinalis profundus, suatu lubang berbentuk oval pada fascia
transversalis, terletak sekitar 3 cm di atas ligamentum inguinale. Pinggir pinggir
annulus merupakan tempat melekatnya fascia spermatica interna.
Anulus inguinalis superficialis merupakan lubang berbentuk segitiga pada
aponeurosis musculus obliquus abdominis externus dan terletak tepat di atas
dan medial tuberculum pubicum. Pinggir pinggir annulus ini merupakan tempat
melekatnya fascia spermatica externa.
Vagina musculi recti abdominis
Vagina musculi recti abdominis merupakan sarung fibrosa panjang
yang membungkus musculus rectus abdominis dan musculus
pyramidalis (jika ada) dan berisi ramus anterior enam nervus
thoracicus bagian bawah serta arteria dan vena epigastrica superior
dan inferior dan pembuluh limfe.
Dibentuk oleh aponeurosis ketiga otot abdomen anterior.
Nerves of the Anterior
Abdominal Wall
The nerves of the anterior abdominal wall are the anterior rami of the
lower six thoracic and the 1st lumbar nerves
The thoracic nerves are the lower five intercostal nerves and the
subcostal nerves, and the 1st lumbar nerve is represented by the
iliohypogastric and ilioinguinal nerves, branches of the lumbar plexus.
They supply the skin of the anterior abdominal wall, the muscles, and
the parietal peritoneum.
The motor nerves to the rectus muscles, the internal oblique muscles,
and the transversus abdominis muscles run from the anterior rami of
spinal nerves at the T6 to T12 levels.
Vessels of the Abdominal Wall
The superficial veins form a network that radiates out from the
umbilicus (see Fig. 4.18). Above, the network is drained into the
axillary vein via the lateral thoracic vein and, below, into the
femoral vein via the superficial epigastric and great saphenous
veins.

The deep veins of the abdominal wall, the superior epigastric,

inferior epigastric, and deep circumflex iliac veins, follow the
arteries of the same name and drain into the internal thoracic
and external iliac veins.
Superficial Lymph Vessels

The deep lymph vessels follow the arteries and drain into the internal thoracic,
external iliac, posterior mediastinal, and para-aortic (lumbar) nodes.
Fascia Transversalis
The transversalis fascia covers the deep surface of the transversus
abdominis muscle.
The preperitoneal space lies between the transversalis fascia and
parietal peritoneum and contains adipose and areolar tissue.
Peritoneum dan Cavitas
Peritonealis
Peritoneum merupakan membrana serosa yang melapisi dinding rongga
abdomen dan rongga pelvis.
Peritoneum parietale melapisi bagian dinding abdomen dan rongga
pelvis.
Peritoneum viscerale melapisi organ intraperitoneal (gaster, jejunum,
ileum, colon transversum, hepar, limpa) dan bagian organ retroperitoneal
(duodenum, colon ascendens dan descendens, pancreas, renal, glandula
suprarenalis).
Sekret peritoneum berbentuk cairan serosa dalam jumlah kecil yang
membasahi peritoneum dan memungkinkan pergerakan di antara viscera.
Spatium Retroperitoneale
Spatium retroperitoneale terletak pada dinding posterior abdomen
dibelakang peritoneum parietale. Ruangan ini terbentang dari vertebra
thoracica XII dan costa XII sampai sacrum dan crista iliaca dibawah.
Lantai atau dinding posterior spatium ini dibentuk dari medial ke lateral
oleh musculus psoas, musculus quadratus lumborum dan origo musculus
transversus abdominis.
Permukaan anterior masing masing otot ini diliputi oleh fascia. Di depan
fascia terdapat jaringan ikat berlemak yang membentuk tempat untuk
glandula suprarenalis, ren, colon ascendens dan colon descendens, dan
duodenum. Didalam spatium retroperitoneale juga terdapat ureter, ginjal,
dan vasa gonad.
