Sylhet is a place of natural beauty. In todays industrialized life people


want to have a touch of bliss in their wind which they can find by
visiting Sylhet due to its mesmerizing view. Formerly very few
tourists of other districts used to visit Sylhet. But in 2015, around six
lac tourists visited Sylhet; among whom a small portion was from
Sylhet and rest was from outer districts. Because of that, many hotels,
motels, resorts are being built. So competition and size of market is
increasing gradually.
Company profile

Sylhet Tourism is established in 2017. The owners are friends who


have always dreamt of expanding the essence of beauty of Sylhet to
all over the Bangladesh. The firm will offer different packages to its
customer for exploring Sylhet. Aside of packages a customer may
have customized tour plan. The firm will have a website where all
packages information will be available. Customer can make
reservation through website and phone call.
Brand Evaluation

Our brand is totally unique for online reservation system through our
website.

For promoting our brand we will arrange campaign in Universities where


special packages will be offered. We will also use social media for
promoting our brand.

Our brands main strength, we are already in a tourist area.

This industrys major weakness is hotel fare, which varies from season to
season.

As it is a growing up industry the competition is low.

advertising and campaign will be focusing with those two seasons in every year.

to get maximum attraction.

Target: Sylhet Tourisms main targeted customer is students. So to reach them we
will focus on special media promotions, campaigns.
