This enables project risk to be quantied and allows project managers


to proactively identify difculties that may affect the successful
completion of a project.

All projects are inherently risky. Tasks can have an uncertain duration, costs can

Risk Analysis presents users with a variety of what if scenarios.

Hundreds of statistically robust scenarios can be generated quickly based on

thousands of iterations.

Each scenario provides a percentage chance of completing the project by a

certain date and identies different degrees of task criticality.
