Psychographics: Reformers- seeks enlightenment. Freedom of restrictions and personal growth. Social
awareness and independent judgment. Anti-materialistic but aware of good taste.
iv. The video is about a man who has his tape recorder stuck inside his body and is frustrated that
whenever the song plays everyone around him starts dancing. He decides it's time to remove the device
through surgery and after it is removed he looks at the recorder and stops the song from playing,
leaving the people around him disappointed.
v. The song has many long shots and near the end there are some close and extreme close ups. The long
shots are to show his whole body including the tape recorder. The closeups are of his stomach and of his
face showing his annoyed emotions. The editing are good because the transitions zoom into his stomach
and onto the next scene. At the end, when he has the operation they used fake blood as the special
effects.
vi. The lighting is natural light because it is outside. The main character is wearing casual clothes apart
from 1 scene where he is wearing a running outfit. The video is set in Los angles.
vii. The reason why ,need u 100% is a great video is because it is different. No other music director has
ever made such an imaginative video. Also it is quite fun for the viewer to watch.

iv. Michael Jackson and his date are watching a movie. They leave, and take a shortcut
through the graveyard on the way home. Michael turns into a werewolf thing and then
later into a zombie, as he gets into a big dance scene to the tune of the song
v. The dance shot was done as a wide shot so the audience can see the whole dance.
Also there ware many close ups to show he scary zombie face. When Michaels
girlfriend was screaming there was an extreme close up of her face
vi. There was lots of mise en scene for example all of the make up that was used to create
the zombie faces on all the dancers. Michael stood out with his bright red clothes
while everyone else wore dull grey clothes. The green lights gave the song an eerie
feel
vii. Thriller is a successful music video because all of the effort and dance choreography
put into a 13 minute video. It is one of the best music videos in the world.

iv. The story is about a male dancer fancies a female dancer and they try to find
eachother in this underground bunker. Under here is were these people hang out
and dance.
v. The cinematography is god because there were many long shots to see the whole
dance and on a beat the camera would shake to make it sound deep. The transitions
were flowing as the camera just followed the people around. There were some special
effects like when the beat went down the lights in the background would havesome
colour around the edges.
vi. The costumes were casual clothes young adults would wear.
vii. This music video is successful because the choreography put into the dancing and the
dancing is all at the same time. The way the people move makes the music video
exiting.
