Methodology

TARGET GROUP
The target group of samples for this study will involve the UTHM
students. There were about 60 students who will be selected
randomly from any faculty and any education level.

VENUE, TIME AND DATE

The venue to distribute the questionnaire were in UTHM university at
11 Oclock on 18 November 2016.

 The questionnaire sheet consist of 18 questions. The questionnaire will

have 4 section of question that will include various type of question such as
the rating scale, the rank order scaling, multiple choices, and true or false
questions.
The first section will be about students and their family background and
characteristics (Q1-Q3) for example their age, marital status, their CGPA
gained in next semester, family background and income.
The second section will be about students lifestyle inside or outside the
campus (Q4-Q12), which will include the intake of cigarettes and alcohol,
drug history, nutritional history, nutritional habits, sleep & exercise, and
personal hygiene.
The third section will be about the reasons why students practice
unhealthy lifestyle. (Q13-Q15). The last section cover the health condition
of the students (Q16-Q18). The recorded data will be charted by using
Excel spread sheets.
