What is your heart rate?
1. Find your pulse on your wrist or
neck.
2. Count how many beats in 30
seconds then multiply by 2.

We learned how the blow flows through the heart
We learned how to find our pulse and find our
heart rate
 Check for Understanding

Have students label and color the different parts of the heart as directed.
