An abundance of aerospace engineers is not
present.

creation of a financial structure.

development of additional services(recreation flights,
own air club foundation, selling of aviation accessories)

Threats
The process of compiling the necessary documentation
for the regulatory organizations EASA IATA and ICAO is
long and consumes capital as well human resources.
the denial to finance in the situation of a lower than
estimated cash flow during the first years of activity, the
project requires full confidence from creditors.
Failure to meet deadlines of the installation of the
repair equipment can lead to a very serious decrease in
revenues during the first years of operation.
