 Beginning in late 1981,
 within a decade, capture 35% market share
 Today, Dawn Bread operates seven plants
throughout Pakistan.
 More than 500 vehicles that deliver baked foods to
more than 25,000 retail outlets daily, making it one
of the largest distribution networks for any product
in the country.

 The economic condition of Pakistan has also strong
impact on Dawn bread.
 As the People income is not increasing according to
increase in Prices of different commodities. So Dawn
bread should offer low prices as compare to other
competitors.
SOCIAL FACTOR

 Dawn bread is a market oriented Company, so it has


to keep in mind the customers which are the basic
key factors of any Company.

 So Dawn bread is focusing on different events,


festivals and different types of music concerts in
order to mix with the culture of the country and
People living in it.
SOCIO-CULTRAL ENVIRONMENT:

• DAWN food industry has a very good image in our


market. Our first priority is to provide always high
quality products considering the all religious
perspectives according to countries & customer needs.
So the offering a new category of DAWN that is Italian
range, it would be demandable by the customer.
CULTURAL FACTOR
 In Pakistan, there is a mix culture and it is changing
rapidly especially in the main cities.
 So that Dawn bread has to keep in mind the cultural
changes and has to change its long term strategies
accordingly
POLITICAL FACTOR

In Pakistan there is not much political stability,


as Dawn bread is launched in country, so that
it is not affected by the political conditions.
Due to increasing gap between west and
Islam, being a Muslim owned company, Dawn
bread will not face any difficulty in Pakistan
under political conditions.
TECHNOLOGICAL FACTOR

Technology is concerned with the rapid


changes because of improvement in
production, efficiency, quality etc. Technology
has a positive impact on Dawn bread.
