 INTRODUCTION
 The report has been written as a requirement to complete a mini project
research for course Communicative English 3 (AE501).This report was
requested by Madam Mahanim binti Hasnan,English lecture of
Communicative English 3 (AE501).The title of this research is to find out
the satisfaction among PMS students about cyber café in Polytechnic
Muadzam Shah.The objectives of this research are to survey the opinion
among the students of Polytechnic Muadzam Shah and to
recommendation to overcome the problem.The collections of date were
gathered 12 January 2015.The methodology used to collect the data was
through a questionnaire survey from the date 8 January 2015 until 10
January 2015.The questionnaire were distributed to a total of
students,consisting of 6 department that is JTM,JRKV,JP,JPH,JKM and
JPA.
 OBJECTIVE

 CONCLUSION

From the research,it was found out that there were respond of the student
Muadzam Shah Polytechnic to research about the satisfaction among student about
cyber café in pms.
Furthermore,we find that almost student pms want to have a improvement in
cyber café pms.This research also can help student feel easy to complete their
assignment if the system of cyber café have a good system in facilities or anything
to student. We also learned about the moral value. This is because we face many
hardship while doing this research. We are together doing this investigation and
we learn the patient moral value that makes we more ready to face any problem
soon
