cars and a helicopter. My friend went to
school in a new BMW. He brought RM100 to

His father would give him RM1000 every

Sample 2: Jay and Kim went to the new
shopping mall in town. It was a big
mall. Jay said it was the biggest mall in
the state. Kim liked to shop so she did
some shopping. She bought t-shirts
for her father, mother, brother and
sister. Jay liked the food court. They
had lunch at the food court. Jay and
Kim ate burger, pizza, chicken rice
and ice-cream. After that, they went to

In the school, I am known as a friendly
and easy-going person. My classmates
always claim that I also am an indulgent and
hilarious person. That is why, no wonder
many people can make friends with me
easily. Most of the time, when I asked them
why the like to be my friends, their answer
was, I am a friend in need. As the saying
goes, a friend in need is a friend indeed. It is
true that for me, if they have trouble, I am
happy and ready to help them willingly. It
would be my pleasure to lend them a hand.
Among my schoolmates, I have a
number of close friends. They are different
from other people and they have a special
place in my heart. We share great moments
together. My best friends are Gopal, Yaya,
Ying, and Boboiboy. They are all hilarious,
indulgent and understanding person. We
always spend time and doing activities
together. Spending time with them are the
best moments ever.

• Last week, my friends and I went to
Amanjaya Mall for our outing. The mall
was located in the heart of Malacca
City. It was said that it was the biggest
mall in the town. People could buy
anything they wanted at this mall. We
planned to buy a few reference books
for our revision in a bookstore located
in this mall. We used to come here
often , as it was a comfortable place to
do shopping. It had a big foodcourt
which served various local and
western cuisine once we felt hungry
after shopping.

looked at me and smiled. I smiled at him. I
said sorry again. He gave me a paper. He

• I walked with my supervisor. He walked very
fast. I walked behind him. I asked him where
we were going to but he kept quiet. He did
say anything. I asked him what should I do

Then, he stopped. He asked me to go to the
canteen with him. I told him I had taken my
dinner. I was not hungry. I only wanted to go
to my room and do my work. He looked at

• I said goodbye quickly and went to my room.
My supervisor smiled at me. I walked fast. I
saw my friends, Gaga, Gugu and Gege in
the room. They asked why I was late. I told
them I had to settle some problems at home.
I also told them about the supervisor. Gege
said the supervisor liked me. Gaga also said
the same thing. I did not believe them. I was
just a cleaner at the factory. I was not
beautiful. I did not know why he liked me.

Yesterday, my supervisor told me a group of
Japanese engineers would visit the factory. I
had to make sure the meeting room was

did not look at him. He called my name three
times, “Gigi….Gigi…Gigi”. I looked at him. I
did not smile but he smiled. He had some
red roses in his hand. [93 words]

do my work. I don’t want anything from you. I
don’t want those roses! Please go!”. I did not
have a boyfriend but I told him, “I already
have a boyfriend”. He kept quiet. I continued
mopping the floor. Then, he said, “Gigi,
these roses are not for you! I want to put
them in the vase on the table. The Japanese
love roses. These roses are for the meeting
tomorrow!” I kept quiet for some time. I
wanted to say sorry but I could not. I left the
room quickly. [103 words]
