Aside from academic deficiency, other grounds to
FAIL the course are the following:
 Intellectual dishonesty
 Attendance
CHED ruling on absences : NOT more than 20%
of total meetings otherwise, the students may
be given a final grade of “5.00”
 Other grounds as stipulated in the MCL Student
Catalogue
ALL requirements for the course are to
be compiled by the students as part of
their portfolio.
Before the final course assessment, student
should submit:
 Soft copy (pdf file) of the requirements in this
format: FILENAME:COURSE_SECTION_SURNAME
 e.g. CHM150_A03_ERASGA
