For this work we used auger boring and water is needed to make the soil easy while inital boring in
progress.

4. Install Temporary Casing

Temporary Casing will be Installed after Inital Boring was done. Length of temporary casing is variative
about 5-8 meters depends on soil condition.

Auger, Cor barrel, rock bucket, at this time is used. Soil sample from boring works will be identified. It will
represent characteristic of soil which bored. Next, clean slurry at the bottom of borepile use cleaning
bucket.

5. Install Reinforcement Bar
◦ To clean the slurry, we used air lift cleaning. While its clean, Reinforcement Bar is prepared to be
installed at Bore Pile Point. Install Lifting Hook. Install Tremi also and check the depth of its Borepile to
ensure concrete quantity of bore pile.

6. Pouring Concrete
◦ While preparation is already finish to pouring concrete. Truck Mixer deliver concrete
material to the site. Slump test and concrete sample will be taken before its work.
Concreting use tremi pipe and make sure the concrete is not injured. Temporary casing will
be driven-pulled before the concrete settled

7. PDA Test , PIT Test, Sonic Logging Test
PDA Test will be done after pouring concrete was finished. It will test statically and
dinamically. This will informed us, if there is settlement grade or not based on the board
specification.

PDA (Pile Driving Analyzer) conducted after pouring concrete borepile finished. PDA Test is dynamic test
method covers the procedure for applying an axial impact force with a pile driving hammer or a large drop
weight that will cause a relatively high strain at the top of an individual vertical or inclined deep
foundation unit. This standards provides minimum requirements of dynamic testing of deep foundation.
