• 1.Rinse the filter, coffee goes in, pour the water in and make sure the
Method grounds are saturated.
• Bloom 40g for 30sec. At :30, pour remaining water in circles. Cap 2.Pull up a bit on the plunger so the brew doesn't drip out early and then
plunger to form seal. At 1:45 (+/- :05 based on preference) plunge slowly,
for 30sec.
