Types of communication

Two types of communication are:-

1. VERBAL COMMUNCATION
2. NONVERBAL COMMUNICATION

 Hearing
 Seeing
 Feeling

During listening in addition to
hearing one should also make:-

 Eye contact and


 Sense the feelings conveyed.

Listening can also be described as a three
dimensional activity which involves the use
of:-

 Skin (spread all over the body)

It can even be termed as whole body

Capability
Do not engage in any other activity

Deploy both ears one for meaning and
other for feeling
Make eye contact
Sense the feelings vent by speaker
