 Sheet metalworking is an important process in much industry


Segments.

 A large variety of metals in the form of sheets and plates used


in sheet metalworking include black iron, galvanized iron,
copper, brass, tin, aluminum, lead and zinc.

There is no equivalent way to learn things than learning it practically. This
internship report would reveal the various learning process. I have learned
some of the key things like, „ow to behave in an organization?, „ow to
deal with customers? „ow to communicate with senior officials?

With respect to the above study and the findings thereby, the company has
definitely entrenched into the urban market. I found that company's
marketing strategy, financial position, & „uman Resource Management are
satisfactory.
