Guidelines
 All students participating must wear the appropriate top and
bottoms as shown in the picture above. Onesies, shorts,
gowns, slips, and spaghetti strap tops, and boxers are not
permitted.

 All student participating must wear the appropriate shoes. Flip-

flops and slippers (bedroom shoes) are not permitted.

 Head wraps, caps, and/or rollers are not permitted.

 APRIL 27 TH FIELD TRIP INFORMATION
Permission Slip and funds for The World of
Coca Cola and Centennial Park are due. No
form of money nor permission slips will be
accepted after Friday, April 27th, 2018.

 The behavior contract will let you know if a

guardian is required to accompany your 5th
grader on this fieldtrip. Questions? Contact
your classroom teacher.
APRIL 30TH FIELD TRIP:
BEAR CREEK
PERMISSION SLIPS ARE DUE!
Permission slips went home yesterday!
 The buses are paid for so NO donation
is required!
 We will have lunch at Palmetto as usual.
APRIL 30 TH JR. ACHIEVEMENT
Junior Achievement empowers young people to own their economic success,
plan for their future and make smart academic and economic choices. Our
Creekside HS ROTC delivered K-5 programs introduce all students to skills
such as being financially literate; free enterprise, leadership and
entrepreneurial principles; and workforce readiness. JA programs make a
connection between lessons learned in the classroom and real-world
applications - through relevant, interactive lessons.
MAY 4 TH FIELD DAY
 5th grade shirts are Royal Blue
 We’ll need:
 Bottles of water ( labeled water bottle)
 Change of clothes
 Towel
 No Flip Flops!!! ( swim shoes work well!)
 Ice pops
 Volunteers for stations ( Contact front office or Coach Turner!)
MAY 7-11 TH STEAM WEEK
 Students will dive into STEAM activities and task
all week!
 Tuesday night May 8th 5-7pm is STEAM night!
 Join us for fierce family competition
 Bring your cell phones!!
 Takeaways to further the learning at home!
