that performs the functions of procurement of materials,
transformation of these materials into intermediate and finished
products, and the distribution of these finished products to
customers.”

Supply Chain Plan
Our supply chain plan has five basic steps:

1) Supply Chain Planning: where we are forecasting the demand and


planning about supply and inventory.

2) Production and Procurement: On the basis of forecasted demand, we


are procuring raw material on EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) criteria and
producing the finished goods.

3) & 4) After converting raw material into finished goods, our Material
Management Department manages each activities till it reaches to the end
users while as on the other hand we are managing the orders of customers
in such way that our customers gets products as early as possible.

5) At last, we are specifically focusing on distribution management with


maintaining long term relationship with customers and distributors.

 In supply chain planning, we are forecasting demand with extensive market
research and further planning about demand, supply and inventory
management.

 In demand forecasting and planning, we are conducting product and on the


basis of that we decide to produce or to procure material from indigenous or
foreign market.

 After procuring material, we starts the production and with this we are
continuously maintaining good relationship with our suppliers by transparent
agreement and by providing product training, promos. and support to the
suppliers.

 After procuring material, we convert raw material into finished products
in our unit than it moves to our warehouse and E-mall retail stores.

 Our Material Management Department manages each activities of


supply chain management efficiently to increase the profitability of our
organization.

 On the other hand, our ERP system manages the inquiry and order of
customers while as our material management department supplies
products to the end user in effective way.
