Bagaimana gaji mempengaruhi komposisi angkataan kerja
Penggunaan gaji untuk mengetahui kontribusi karyawan dianggap sebagai
cara mempengaruhi perilaku dan sikap karyawan , sedangkan level gaji dan
tunjangan dianggap sebagai cara mempengaruhi perilaku anggota .sistem gaji
yang berbeda juga mampu menarik orang yang memiliki nilai dan pribadi yang
berbeda beda maka tak heran jika semakin banyak perusahaan berusaha
menetapkan hubungan yang lebih kuat antara gaji dengan kinerja.

Suatu bentuk kompensasi berdasarkan kinerja kelompok atau pabrik (dan
bukan profit organisasi ) yang tidak menjadi bagian dari gaji pokok karyawan

2.Insentif grup dan penghargaan tim

Insentif group dan reward adalah system yang berlaku umum bagi kelompok yang
lebih kecil dan cenderung mengukur kinerja dari segi output fisik

3.Balanced Scorecard
Yaitu cara perusahaan mengarahkan hasil financial
sambil memantau kemajuan dalam pengembangan
kapabilitas dan penguasaan asset tidak berwujud yang
akan diperlukan bagi pertumbuhan masa mendatang.

●KESIMPULAN
Kompensasi / upah adalah sebuah imbalan balas jasa dari apa yang telah seseorang
kerjakan. Fungsi dari kompensasi salah satunya adalah :
●Penggunaan SDM secara efisien.
●Mendorong stabilitas ekonomi.
●Kompensasi juga mempunyai tujuan yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan suatu
perusahaan. Karena tanpa adanya kompensasi, perusahaan tersebut tidak akan
berkembang. Salah satu tujuan kompensasi adalah : Memperoleh karyawan yang
memenuhi persyaratan, mempertahankan karyawan yang ada, menjamin keadilan,
menghargai prilaku yang diinginkan, mengendalikan biaya-biaya dan mematuhi
peraturan-peraturan legal.
