Our session

1. Consultant needs to be interactive, providing guidance and

correction in session.

2. We provide lesson plans for every session.

3. No session is guaranteed, but top performers will have priority to be

scheduled.

4. Session is for 45 minutes and always starts at 30 and ends at 15 so

consultants can have 15 minutes as break time between sessions.

5. Required session progress reports (Must submit within 23 hours)

6. 100% flexible schedule.

7. 12 levels (1~3 Beginner,4~6 Intermediate,7~9 Higher

Intermediate,10~12 Advance)

8. Small sessions (1~6 clients)

Certificate

 TESOL Certificate Required

 All consultants must be certified to teach ESL

students.

 New consultants should acquire

TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certificate within the first
3 months.

Payment

 Payment of the previous month will be on

the 10th of the next month

 Example: Pay for Oct.1 - Oct.31 will be on

Nov. 10th

 Payment Method:
 Wire transfer-$35 (international transaction fee)/time (The
fee will be covered only when earning over $500)
if one makes less than $100 the payment will be held for next
month.
